Summary
Tom Quail is an associate in Wiedner & McAuliffe's Chicago office. Mr. Quail is a member of the Firm's Workers' Compensation Defense Practice.

Mr. Quail graduated from Marquette University in 1994, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in History and Criminology. He earned a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2002. While attending Seattle University, Mr. Quail was involved with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Counsel and Public Interest Law Foundation. More recently, Mr. Quail has worked with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County.

Mr. Quail is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. He is also a licensed member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Professional Background
From 2003 to 2005, Tom worked in the Workers' Compensation Division at the Illinois Attorney General's Office from 2003 to 2005.
