Maria C. Granjean Summary Ms. Granjean graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2004, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2008. During law school, Ms. Granjean studied abroad in Venice, Italy, while taking supplemental courses through Vanderbilt University Law School. While attending Rutgers, Maria was a member of the Black Law Students Association. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Octavia Melendez in the New Jersey Superior Court. Ms. Granjean is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. She is also a licensed member of the Illinois Bar.
