a decade of civil litigation and workers' compensation experience
practicing in Illinois and Massachusetts. Kenneth worked as an Assistant
Illinois Attorney General from 2004-2005. Kenneth defended State
agencies and employees in the tort matters, including wrongful death
and civil rights matters as a member of the Tort Unit of the General
Law Bureau of the Attorney General's Chicago office.
Kenneth graduated from Oakwood College in 1996, receiving
a Bachelor of Arts in History. He earned a J.D. from University
of Cincinnati in 1999.
Kenneth is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association
and the Cook County Bar Association as well as an Arbitrator in
the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program. He has been admitted
to practice in Illinois, Massachusetts, United States First Circuit
Court of Appeals and United States District Court for the Northern
District of Illinois.
