Ms. Coon graduated from Michigan State University
in 1994, receiving a Bachlelor or Arts in Political Science. She
earned a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School in 1996.
Ms. Coon is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association
and the Chicago Bar Association. She is a licensed member of the
Illinois Bar.
