Summary
Jason Coggins has been involved in a variety of litigation matters since joining Wiedner & McAuliffe in 1997. He counsels clients in employment and construction litigation, engages in tort defense, and has been involved in the firm’s significant litigation in defense of firearms manufacturers. Jason has written and taught extensively on various employment law and workers’ compensation topics, as well as other legal issues.
