Ms. Lulich graduated from the University of Maryland, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1989. She earned a J.D. from DePaul University's College of Law in 1992. While attending DePaul University, she served as an editor for the Journal of Health and Hospital Law.

Ms. Lulich is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. She is also a licensed member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
