Ms. Lulich graduated from the University of Maryland, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1989. She earned a J.D. from DePaul University's College of Law in 1992. While attending DePaul University, she served as an editor for the Journal of Health and Hospital Law.

Ms. Lulich is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. She is also a licensed member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Lulich has also received Martindale Hubbell's peer review rating of BV attesting to her legal ability and professional ethics. a
