Governmental regulatory activities and legislation affect business in a myriad of ways. • Preparing witnesses for hearings before General Assembly committees and the Executive Branch

We are also skilled in developing legislative strategies to complement litigation or business negotiations where legislative leverage may be useful to achieve desired goals.

Additionally, we offer and have provided specialized organizational reputation management research and communication strategies for officeholders and candidates for public office.
