Diane Dickett
Smart Summary Diane Dickett Smart graduated from DePaul University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She earned a J.D. from University of Illinois graduating in 1985. She is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar. Before joining Wiedner & McAuliffe, Ltd., Ms. Smart served as a commissioner for the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission. Prior to that, she was an Assistant State's Attorney for Cook County. Ms. Smart is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association, and the Hellenic Bar Association.
