Daniel R. Simones Summary Mr. Simones graduated from Indiana University in 2005, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. He earned a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2008. While attending DePaul, Mr. Simones received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award of academic achievement in legal writing and eventually served as a Teacher's Assistant for that class. Dan served as the Student Bar Association's Academic Integrity Representative, where he oversaw compliance with the school's honor code. Dan was also a member of the legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, and is an active member of the alumni committee. Mr. Simones is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
