Brian J. Koch Summary Mr. Koch graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1993, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. He earned a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in May of 1997. Before joining Wiedner & McAuliffe, Mr. Koch served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago, and prosecuted cases in the Traffic Court Division. Mr. Koch then worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois from 1998 through 2000. Mr. Koch prosecuted violators of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Processes Act as a member of the Consumer Fraud Bureau of the Attorney General's Springfield and Chicago offices. Mr. Koch has been a guest lecturer for IICLE program on defending workers' compensation cases. Mr. Koch is also a member of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce Committee on Workers' Compensation. Mr. Koch is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association, and the Workers' Compensation Lawyers' Association. He is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar.
