We handle claims and lawsuits alleging materials failure, design
error, defective installation and substandard quality in consumer,

the allegations against the potential damages and advise clients
whether settlement, dispute resolution or litigation is the best
alternative. If trial is the best option, our experienced litigators

settlement or insurance cost recovery from carriers or other sources.
Finally, through an effective Appellate practice, we are frequently
able to preserve decisions in favor or reverse decisions against
